Silver Line Limo / Pick-Up Instructions

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Silver Line Limo agrees to provide Livery Services to................................................. including but not limited to airport transfers either from your corporate location, home or other specified location to Boston, Manchester, Providence, and Worcester Airports. We will provide transportation service from the preceding airports to your corporate headquarters, home, or other specified location.
Our driver commits to arriving a minimum ten minutes prior to the scheduled pick up, well dressed, and in a clean well-maintained vehicle. The first ten minutes waiting time will be free with every additional minute charged at the rate of one dollar per minute. We allow forty minutes upon your arrival for domestic flights and one hour for international flights. A four-hour cancellation notice is required except for early morning pick-ups (scheduled pick ups before 8:00 am). Early morning pick-ups must be canceled by 8:00 PM the previous night. Additional charges may apply for pick-ups between 12:00 AM and 6:00 am.
Attached is a copy of our pricing list. Prices will be guaranteed and subject to change only with a thirty-day notice. This agreement is good for one-year increments, which will automatically renew thirty days prior to expiration date. Should there be any issues a notice in writing must be sent to Silver Line Limo 2 Northbridge Rd Mendon, MA 01756. This will put us on official thirty-day notice to resolve all open issues. Once we have successfully resolved the open issues a written notice of compliance must be sent by you. Upon successful completion this agreement remains in effect.
